Shipping policy

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Due to Covid 19 shipping is often delayed by the shipping company and not Backyard Patch Herbs.  We will not take responsibility for shipping delays when I tems were delivered to shipping company in a timely manner. Estimated shipping time is 3-9 business days.  Most packages are sent using the USPS.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
We DO NOT ship to any country outside the United States.  Due to the edible nature of our products there are too many restrictions in various countries that we do not ship outside the United States or US territories.
