Bean Soup Seasoning Mix

Create a flavorful bean soup of your own using the blend we created for our own soup mixes. You can use your own recipe of the one we provide. Also makes a great marinade or add to sour cream for an onion dip.
Like all blends from the Backyard Patch we guarantee an 18 to 24-month shelf-life, because we use only the freshest ingredients. All Backyard Patch herbs are raised organically and are chemical and pesticide-free.
This mix comes in zip-seal pouch for easy storage and contains enough to make several recipes.

Flavored Sour Dough
1 10-inch round loaf sourdough bread
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
3 T. Backyard Patch Bean Soup Seasoning Mix
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Slice loaf in half giving you 2 rounds. Butter cut center. Place under broiler until lightly browned. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over toasted bread. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top is puffed up and light brown. Cut into wedges and serve.

We grow all the herbs in our 3/4 acre herb garden in Addison, Illinois. We air dry them, hand blend them and don't mix in anything else.
