Just add one tablespoon of the mix to an 8-ounce package of cream cheese or two sticks of butter (even the low-cholesterol ones!) and voila! You'll have a spread that's the talk of the party. I like to make the butter in advance and mold it into balls or logs, then freeze it until it's time to entertain. Trust me, your guests will think you slaved away in the kitchen.
So what's in this magical mix? Basil, tarragon, chives, marjoram, garlic, parsley, and rosemary. Get ready to elevate your dishes to the next level!

SANDWICH SPREAD
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tbls. Backyard Patch Butter N Cheese Herb Mix
- 1/4 cup brown mustard
Combine ingredients. Allow to meld for 1 hour, then use on any sandwich in place of butter or mayonnaise.
