The booklet measures 8.5 inches by 6.5 inches, saddle-stitched with 34 pages with a color cover and color interior pages. The book includes recipes, step-by-step how-tos, for each of the subjects.
I have been growing herbs for more than 20 years and this book reflects the knowledge I have gained over that time and share not only in The Essential Herbal magazine but also in lectures and programs given to garden groups, garden expos, libraries, and botanic gardens and arboretums.
Our first issue was INFUSION and the second was published in 2022, called GROWING LAVENDER IN THE MIDWEST and it is also available in this listing.

We grow all the herbs in our 3/4 acre herb garden in Addison, Illinois. We air dry them, hand blend them and don't mix in anything else.
