This is 1/2 of a cup of herb infused honey, in a 4 ounce hex jar using only organic lavender buds.
We sometimes have 8 oz. jars as well, check the variations.

The Backyard Patch grows its own herbs and makes all of the blend and mixes we sell by hand. This year we have wonderful honey from West Chicago, IL and perfect lavender from an early spring crop and we have combined them for the flavored honey that is perfect in herbal tea and a wonder to cook with. We will include a special recipe for you to try.

We grow all the herbs in our 3/4 acre herb garden in Addison, Illinois. We air dry them, hand blend them and don't mix in anything else.
