Soup Mixes made by Backyard Patch Herbs are a blend of dried natural ingredients (beans, pasta, etc.) and seasonings formulated to create a hearty soup that serves 4 to 6 people. Just follow the included recipe and add a few fresh ingredients for a perfect soup!

Minestrone Soup - Perfect hearty traditional bean and noodle soup for any occasion! This recipe is long on flavor creating hearty and vegetable rich soup. Add beef or sausage and fresh or canned vegetables to create a minestrone your family will gobble 'til it's gone. The recipe is included and can be made with or without meat products. Contains: kidney beans, split peas, pasta, dried onion and herbs.

We grow all the herbs in our 3/4 acre herb garden in Addison, Illinois. We air dry them, hand blend them and don't mix in anything else.
