This unique mix for herb-infused cornbread comes packaged in a #2 can which you use to bake the bread, It comes out moist and tasty and in a cute round shape. Complete instructions are included. All you need to add is a little oil, milk and one egg.
The blend does contain flour, sugar, cornmeal, salt, tarragon, chives, parsley and chervil.
This Cornbread Mix is just one style of Baking Mix made by hand at the Backyard Patch. All food mixes are a blend of dried natural ingredients (beans, pasta, etc.) and seasonings formulated to create a perfect dish. Recipes and variations are included with each blend. Each blend is packaged in a zip-seal pouch and can be stored in any cool and dry location.

We grow all the herbs in our 3/4 acre herb garden in Addison, Illinois. We air dry them, hand blend them and don't mix in anything else.
