- 2 lbs cooked potatoes (red, Yukon gold, or new potatoes), cubed
- ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp Backyard Patch Potato Salad Blend (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped celery or pickles (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Potato Salad Blend, mustard, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Gently fold in the cooked potatoes and any optional add-ins.
3️⃣ Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the herbs work their magic.
