Salt free Poultry Seasoning
The perfect blend to season the turkey or flavor stuffing, use in chicken soup or with any poultry-based recipe. The perfect substitute for just sage on your chicken!
We even include our Special Roasted Turkey rub recipe and instructions.
My unique hand-blended seasonings, made from herbs I grow and dry myself include classic mixtures like Herbs de Provence or Fines Herbs, to traditional seasonings for meat, seafood and poultry, to blends for soups, salads, and vegetables, these herb seasoning blends can be shaken or stirred into any dish. We even have a Do-It-All that will go on everything for those who like it fast and simple. You can store the blends as shipped in zip-seal bags, or use them to refill your regular spice cabinet bottles.
POULTRY HERB SEASONING - Good as a rub on baked or roasted chicken. Sprinkle or rub on roasted chicken or turkey. Mix with lemon juice and use as a baste. Add to stuffing or any poultry-based casseroles. Blend 2 Tablespoons with 1/2 cup herbal or cider vinegar to marinade chicken overnight. Contains: marjoram, parsley, sage, savory, black pepper and onion.
Available in Jars or in Refill Bags both containers hold 1/2 cup by volume (weights vary due to herb content but all are between .50 oz. and 1.75 oz.)
Because I grow and blend the herbs myself I can assure you no preservatives or pesticides have been used. I can also guarantee that these blends will hold up to storage for at least 18 months and still provide a flavorful item.
** If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask and if you want this or another blend made without certain ingredients, please ask as I can accommodate food sensitivities.
