Easy-to-Make Savory Herb Bread Mix

Savory Bread - This blend of caraway, fennel and other savory herbs makes a great bread to serve as a sandwich or with soup. It is robust for those who avoid sweet breads, but still good with butter served with tea, especially cinnamon teas.

Two sizes of this loaf are available. Mini Loaf about 6 inches makes 10 1/2-inch slices which comes with a mini loaf pan; and the Traditional Loaf is about 10 inches, the size of a regular loaf of baked bread, giving you 14 to 18 1/2 inch slices that are bigger in size (no loaf pan included).

At Backyard Patch Herbs I use only the finest flour, sugar and herbal ingredients in my hand-blended creations for tea bread, scones. muffins and shortbread. They are all unique and simple to prepare. Adding liquid ingredients or butter is all you need to do.

Each blend is packaged in a cellophane pouch and can be stored in any cool and dry location. Full instructions are included.
